Aerotec Autobody is centrally situated within the Freight and Logistics hub of Johannesburg and is easily accessible from all major highways and business centers in Johannesburg.
Our company started in January 2006 & has been going strong ever since. Our staff boast 25 years of experience in the panel beating and repair industry. We take pride in the quality of our workmanship we deliver to our customers. We are a 100% black owned company.
We deal with all Insurance companies, their clients and assessors and have good knowledge and Understanding of the claims procedures and processes.
Our Experience in adhering to the requirements and expectations of the Insurance companies, enables us to provide a quality guaranteed service on workmanship and all administrative aspects of the repair. An assessor's office is provided for on the ground floor and is equipped with a computer and telephone facilities for their convenience. Aerotec uses a vehicle damage assessment and quotation system to deliver accurate quotations to you and your insurer within 24 hours of receiving your vehicle.
As Major Structural Repairer, we provided high quality workmanship on our customer's commercial fleet vehicles in the manufacturing and logistics Industries. Our workshop can accommodate large trucks as well as customized heavy duty vehicles and trailers.
Customer Service
Daily Updates of work in progress are kept on our computer systems making the progress of vehicles immediately accessible to our clients, assessors and Insurance companies. We make sure our customers are kept up to date on a regular basis to ensure their peace of mind. Follow up calls are made to ensure total customer. Our Service include a clean friendly reception area with rest rooms and refreshments readily accessible, insuring customers are satisfied and comfortable while being attended to.
BEE Status and Black Economic Empowerment
Aerotec Autobody is proudly South African Company which is 100% black owned and managed. In support of the Employment Equity Act, our staff currently compromises of 85%black employees and 15% white employees, of which 30% are female. We contribute towards economic development in South Africa by sourcing our services and supplies from BEE compliant suppliers and small businesses wherever possible. Aerotec Autobody is a level 1 BEE compliant company.
Pre - Inspection and Quality Control
The Pre-Inspection bay allows the Assessor to Pre-Inspect the vehicle, for our clients protection and to determine a full and final quality inspection, the quality control staff at Aerotec Autobody cc Also complete a vehicle check- list for all vehicles booked in the workshop.
Our quality control personnel do a thorough final inspection of all vehicles including a road test when necessary before a vehicle is handed over to the client.
